Before joining Beyond Type 1, Paulina spent the first leg of her career focused on Advisory and Product Development in various, positioning companies and their clients for high levels of growth. After spending some time studying sustainable development, she knew her true purpose was in being of service to others and making an impact in this world. After learning about Beyond Type 1’s mission, she made the leap into the nonprofit world. With a background in Marketing and Communications, Paulina is an active member of her local community volunteering with many immigrant organizations. In her free time, she loves relaxing by a peaceful body of water with a good book.
