Eoin Costelloe is from Dublin, Ireland. He was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 19 and has always been hugely involved in sport and fitness and never wanted to let diabetes prevent him from doing anything. He’s always been one to focus on the positive of any situation, and because of this, he became more involved in physical training after being diagnosed.

Since his diagnosis, he has traveled the world, created his own personal brand to promote healthy, happy living with diabetes (@insuleoin) and set up an online personal training business, specifically for others with diabetes. He loves being part of the diabetes community and feels constantly inspired by other T1Ds all around the world.
